It takes the same laminated buttery dough — the same slow overnight process that builds those flaky layers — and fills it with a generous amount of rich, melted cheese before the final proof and bake.

Best eaten warm, same day. To reheat: place uncovered in a 180°C oven for 3–4 minutes. Do not microwave.
