Potato slider bun

The potato slider bun (صمون سلايدر بطاطس) is the mini version of our best-selling potato bun — same real-potato dough, same slow hand-shaping, same morning bake, just scaled down for sliders.

Mini burger buns fail in two directions: they're either too dense and dry, making them feel like eating a bread ball, or they're so light they disintegrate the moment you squeeze the slider. The potato dough sits perfectly in the middle: the added potato keeps the crumb moist and tender, while the natural starch structure holds the bun together under pressure from fillings, sauces, and a firm grip.

At this size, they're the right bun for pulled beef, crispy chicken, falafel, or any canapé-style slider you're building. The slightly sweet, neutral flavour doesn't compete with strong fillings.

We bake them fresh every morning at our Mubarak Al-Kabeer kitchen, in batches sized for both home orders and restaurant/catering quantities.
