Turkish baklava (بقلاوة تركية) is one of the great pastries of the world — and the small box at Khobz is the way to try it without committing to a full tray.

The baklava starts with ultra-thin filo sheets, layered with crushed pistachios and brushed with clarified butter between every sheet. Once baked to a deep golden crispness, the whole thing is drenched in warm honey syrup that seeps into every layer without making the pastry soggy — the hallmark of properly made baklava. The result: dozens of paper-thin layers that crunch, then yield, then release a wave of pistachio richness and honey sweetness with every bite.

This small box is the right size for a personal treat, a desk sharing, or a small gift. The larger format (hawog delami) is available for bigger orders or events.
