Brioche bun

The brioche burger bun (صمون بريوش) is the choice when the burger deserves more than a basic roll. Where a standard bun is neutral — a vehicle for the filling — a brioche bun is a participant: the eggs and butter in the dough add richness, the colour is deeper golden, and the crumb is that distinctive soft-yet-substantial texture that holds a juicy burger without absorbing into mush.

Our brioche buns are made from a proper enriched dough, slow-proofed and hand-shaped before baking. The crust is thin and tender, slightly glossy, with that characteristic brioche shine. Inside, the crumb is tight enough to hold the burger together but has just enough give to compress pleasantly when you take a bite.

We bake these for some of Kuwait's best burger restaurants, and they're available for home orders in any quantity.
