Our white toast (توست أبيض) is made fresh every morning at Khobz. We use a straight enriched dough with just enough structure to give you clean, even slices that don't crumble when you spread them, but soft enough to squish pleasantly under a filled sandwich. The crust is thin and pale — it toasts to a light golden without burning, and it doesn't go leathery.

We bake this loaf for everyday use: school lunches, breakfast, quick meals. It's not trying to be sourdough or brioche. It's white toast, done properly — the Kuwaiti artisan version of a product that most households buy daily.
